Colt in Australia
Colt has been present in Australia for more than 50 years, operating primarily via distributors and manufacturing licensees. In 2007 Colt invested directly in Australia by entering into a joint venture with a well-established local company to form Colt Tollfab Pty Limited. Colt has now acquired full ownership of the joint venture and has embarked upon a significant relaunch of its activities in Australia.
